Should You be Unhappy with your purchase from Us, Coastal Sands offer an EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT, should it meet the following requirements:

* Garment is in original condition, including, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.

  Please make sure that swimwear is tried on over your underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it is obvious this has not been done.

* In Original packaging with tags attached.

* Proof of Purchase (original reciept provided via email).

Please Note: Refunds will only be given in the case of a faulty item (all items are inspected thoroughly before delivery). We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Sale Items.

Duty, tax, and/or shipping costs incurred on an exchange or refund order is at the Customers expense and cannot be refunded unless the item is deemed faulty by a Coastal Sands representative.

All Returns Must be lodged via email ([email protected]) within 7 DAYS of recieving goods.
